Reference for Sarah

This girl is inspired by the sea. So I will try to incorporate the other shades of blue (from the hair) with some splashes of color on her lids to mimic ocean waves or spray/mist

I will probably be removing the lashes... I just wanted to see what they looked like in blue ;)
